IMPA551086/551095 Cooling Water Treatment
Use and management
1. Dosage: The best concentration is 3000~4000PPm, that is, 3-4Kg per ton of cooling water. For the first use, add 4.5kg per ton of water.
2. Concentration control detection:
Usually, samples are taken for detection once a week. If a large amount of leakage is found in the cooling water of the unit, it is necessary to detect it once every 1~2 days to ensure that it is within the effective concentration.
3. Detection method:
(1) Equipment: a 50 ml graduated test tube; a brass spoon
(2) Reagents: a bottle of No.1 reagent (solid); a bottle of No.2 reagent (solid)
(3) Detection method
Take 20 ml of water sample with a graduated test tube. Add 4 spoons of No.1 reagent, and then add 1 spoon of No.2 reagent to the sample. If the water sample does not turn red, or turns red and disappears within 30 seconds. Then add No.2 reagent, 1 spoonful at a time, until the water turns red. Note the number of spoonfuls added, and you can calculate the concentration of the "Beckelin" treatment dose in the cooling water and the amount of supplementation required.
